All content results are based on published litigation records in Hong Kong. D-Law's responsibility is to gather all records into one archive to provide a service which allows the user to easily check litigation records for further research and assessment purposes.

D-Law is a prepaid, subscription-based service.

We offer flexible pricing options to meet varying service needs. Generally, subscription options range from pay per use to monthly flat rate - and can be securely subscribed online by your credit card, PayPal or Alipay.

For yearly subscription plan or subscription more than one simultaneous user, please feel free to contact us.

New User - You will be directed to the top up page upon successful registration.

Existing User - Click "Account" on the toolbar and select "Top Up Your Account"

Yes. The validity of the credits is 5 days. The unused credit(s) will expire after the validity period.

No. However, you can carry forward any unused credits to the new expiry date if you renew your account before the end of validity period.

You can request a refund on a pro rata basis for the unused and unexpired credit (or subscription period) within 30 days from the date of payment by submitting a refund request to us.

However, there shall be no reimbursement if the services are terminated in whole or in part due to violation of the terms of use.

Our price plans permit one user at one time which means if a colleague is logged on to D-Law service, nobody else will be able to login. For subscription more than one simultaneous user, please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
